At the distance of 500m from Bentota railway station,Bentota beach is a stunning beach situated in the coastal town of Bentota.It has a long broad sandy beach,at it's best during the October to April  holiday season.It is one of the popular beaches in Sri Lanka and among the prime places to visit in Bentota.🙃🌚

        

        
   Along the mightly indian ocean ,the Bentota beach is a long stretch of pristine golden sands lined by palm trees.The crystal clear waters,a relatively untainted,clear waters,a relatively untainted  and family friendly atmosphere,
plenty of water sports,clean surroundings make Bentota beach a perferred sport for unwinding for locals and tourists a like.The sunset at the beach is nothing short of gorgeous.Principal dive site here is canoe rock,where one will find sandy areas as well as sections with coral formations.
Divers have the option of diving from a boat or straight from the shore.

     



The beach is also home to some of the  high- end luxury resorts even provide it's customers with the service of  agurved spas and ayurveda retreats.I live in Bentota.I am so proud of my village.❤️❤️🤗🥰💪💪

Religious festival in the Sri Lanka

 Kataragama Perahera🙏🌼 All religions join in the kataragama Perahera festival. It was held on 29th of July 2022.                    🎶🎵Baila music❤️💃😍 Baila is a popular Sri Lankan music and dance genre.The genre orginated centuries ago among  the Portuguese Burghers and Sri Lankan Kaffirs.
